Three beautiful Turquoise Parrots (Neophema pulchella) land at the edge of a dam in the Binya State Forest. Using my car as a hide, I waited for over an hour and a half for these birds to land at the waters edge. In that time a saw over ten different species of birds come to drink. On another note my photoblog has been nominated as a finalist in the Coolphotoblogs Photoblog Awards 2006, for Best Oceanian Photoblog. Thanks to everyone who visits my site and also to those who have rated my photoblog at Coolphotoblogs.com. Wish me luck! EXIF: Canon EOS 30D : 1/500 sec : f 8 : 400 mm : ISO 100
